...after 3 weeks vacationing in Bangkok, I couldn't wait to get home to put the finishing touches on bike, equipment and luggage.

Yesterday, I installed 2 lockable mounting brackets on top of each pannier, one for the Rotopax fuel and one for the water container. Now, they are secured and locked in placed.

I also picked up a new helmet, modular with Bluetooth, matte black. I had bought a brand new Shoei, but decided, I wanted a modular one with Bluetooth, so I am able to listen to the 1000 songs, I had recently downloaded in a mammoth download session over martinis and cigars.

I must admit, so far I am happy with my decision on this helmet.

Finally, I completed my check list. I know, I probably over-packed. But hey, better too much than not enough.

The clock is ticking...ONLY 2 MORE DAYS TIL BLASTOFF!!!
